Alliance Soccer Laval (AS Laval) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version of this policy prevails.

We only collect the information you provide to us voluntarily.
Contact form: your name, email, phone number, the player’s name and date of birth, their membership status, the program and subject of your request, and your message.
Careers form: your name, phone number, email, the position you’re interested in, your introduction and your CV.
Emails: the information you choose to include in the messages you send us.
Program registrations are made on the Spordle platform, which applies its own privacy policy.
We use your information to answer your questions, process your application and organize the club activities, tryouts and communications related to your request. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent, and we never sell it.
Information about a child under 14 must be provided by their parent or guardian, who consents to its use on the child’s behalf.
Only club staff and volunteers who need it to process your request have access to your information. It is also stored by our service providers, such as the site host (Webflow), whose servers may be located outside Quebec. We work with providers that offer adequate protection of personal information.
The site only uses the cookies needed for it to work properly. It does not currently use any audience measurement or targeted advertising tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroy it securely. We take reasonable measures to protect it against loss, unauthorized access and misuse. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
You may at any time ask to access your information, have it corrected or withdraw your consent to its use. Write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information at info@aslaval.com: we will reply within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
We may change this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The update date shown at the top of the page tells you which version is in effect.
