Our Grassroots Soccer development program is where our young players’ journey begins. Designed for children from U4 to U12, it offers a fun, safe and inspiring environment where kids discover soccer while building essential athletic and life skills.
Our approach follows Canada Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model, a nationally recognized framework that helps children learn the right skills at the right time, while building their confidence and their enjoyment of the game.

Age-appropriate practices in a fun and safe environment, so every child wants to come back.
Canada Soccer’s LTPD model guides every stage, to build confidence and a love of playing.
Small-sided games and quality coaching to progress toward competitive soccer, or simply stay active for life.
Our Micro Soccer program is for young players taking their first steps in sport and physical activity. The focus is on movement, fun and discovery: children develop their coordination, balance and confidence through playful activities and games.
Sessions focus on:
This stage matches the Active Start and FUNdamentals phases of the LTPD model: developing physical literacy and the joy of movement, in a pressure-free environment.
Our priority is simple: kids have fun while building the foundations of movement and sport.

The U9 to U12 CDC program is one of the most important stages in a young player’s development. At this age, children are especially receptive to learning technical skills: they understand the game better while becoming more comfortable on the ball.
Our program focuses on:
Players take part in age-appropriate game formats (4v4, 5v5, 7v7) that maximize touches on the ball and speed up learning. Our qualified technical staff provides structured, high-quality coaching to support each player’s individual development.
