Programs / Age Groups

Find the right program for every player.

CDC

(U4-U12)

It all starts here. Our Grassroots Soccer program welcomes kids from U4 to U12 in a fun, safe and caring environment, where every child discovers the game at their own pace. More than a sports program, it’s the start of a passion, self-confidence and lasting friendships.

YOUTH

U13+

This is where ambition takes shape. Our youth program immerses U13+ players in a structured competitive environment, where high standards become a driver of growth. Every practice, every game, every challenge is a chance to push your limits and get closer to the player you want to become.

SEMI-PRO

LS PRO

This is the culmination. Playing in LS PRO means joining the elite of provincial soccer in an environment that demands the best from every player, every day. For those with the discipline, passion and drive to clear the final step.

From the CDC to our semi-pro teams, through futsal and youth soccer, our programs provide complete support at every stage of a player’s development.

Work Ethic

Every practice is a chance to improve. We build discipline, perseverance and a commitment to giving their best in our players, on and off the field. Daily effort is the foundation of every success.

Coachable

Taking feedback and applying it is a strength. We help every player grow under the guidance of our staff with openness and humility, because the best athletes are, above all, great learners.

Sociable

The locker room is the heart of the club. AS Laval values each player’s active contribution to the team’s cohesion, atmosphere and life together. Here, we don’t just play together, we build something together.

Positive

Staying constructive in the face of challenges, losses and competitive pressure is a skill that can be developed. We shape mentally strong players who turn every obstacle into an opportunity to grow.
